yeah ive been trying to put in abuncha miles. Has and hasn't been working. I've been doing a lot more weights, and i think i broke/jammed my toe, so im off the road forr..... until that heals up

Yeah, it's making me mad cause i'm need it, i need the runners high *rocks back and forth in fetal position in chair* just kidding all the way. Did you know that your body atually DOES produce a natural opium when you exercise? It's ment to give you that extra boost and speed up recovery at a safe level.

I doubt its chemically equivalent to opium, probably endorphins are what gives you your runner's highs

Saunder's right...it's just a release of hormones of which one is catecholamines. It gives the body a bioenergetic boost and increases glucose level in blood.

Yeah. It isn't to the does of opium, but its just a little boost, and i didn't really know the names... so *shrugs*
