Pre held every american distance record from 2000 to 10,000 meters. Yea, he was crazy fast!!!

It's pretty interesting, I would also recommend their training log, I've been using it for 2 weeks now and it's really nice. I would recommend it. It takes a while to set it up but once that's done you get some really nice feedback and information about how you run. Plus a shoe mileage tracker!
