Well, today was extreamly hot and humid. I had some trouble running. I was wondering what you guys did to help cope with the heat. I know running early in the morning helps, but I gotta wait till school is over for that. What do you guys do?

Yay! I turned the counter to 3000!
Back on topic, try and stay in the shade while running. Don't wear your black... You could pull the Skinner and break out a White bandana to try and reflect the sun. Maybe try later in the evening. The sun is highest/brightest from about 12-2. Just keep cool however you want to.

run as early in the morning as you can. I'll be going at about 5AM for the next week and a half, but that's another story. Or, run later in the evening. And drink fluids. A lot.

Tons of fluids, run later in the evening, like 830. You could try wearing sunglasses too, they make me feel cooler even if they aren't doing anything.

i wore sunglasses one afternoon last summer and it tricked my brain into thinking it was cooler out but i wouldnt wear them too often for fear of tan lines for some good info on how to beat the heat check out this runners world article: www.runnersworld.com/article/0,5033,s6-78-0-0-8027-1-1X2X3X5-5,00.html pages 1 and 2 are just a story (unless youre bored i would recomend skipping these pages) pages 3 and 4 have good tips the chart on page 5 is also good
